Assessment of regulatory impact - the choice of the most effective version of legal regulation based on the analysis of alternative options for such regulation and the possible positive and negative consequences (economic, social, financial and others) of its introduction, providing the possibility of taking into account the opinions of persons whose interests are affected by the proposed legal regulation. The main objective of ODS is to improve the quality of state regulation in the field of entrepreneurship and investment, through the opinions of representatives of business communities and establishing a balance of interests starting from the stage of discussion of the idea and concept of legal regulation.
