Surety - a written obligation of the Fund to be responsible to the Partner Bank for the fulfillment by the Borrower of its obligations under loan agreements on the conditions specified in the surety agreement. Under the obligations of the Borrower under a loan agreement means the amount of the loan.

The purpose of providing guarantees is to accelerate the pace of development of small and medium-sized enterprises of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug by expanding and facilitating access to the resources of financial organizations for the establishment and development of business.

The maximum amount of a one-time guarantee issued for one SME entity is established by the Fund Council and cannot exceed 25 million rubles, but not more than 10% of the guarantee capital of the Fund.

Interest rate for the provision of a guarantee:

- the interest rate is 1.5% per annum;

- for priority areas of business support under the state program of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug - 1%.
