Microfinance is a type of activity related to the provision of financial services, as a rule, to beginners in small businesses, which implies more free access of small enterprises to sources of financing.

Microloans are issued by the Microcredit Company Fund for the Support of Entrepreneurship and the Provision of Guarantees of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug.

A microloan is a loan provided by the Fund to the Borrower on the terms and conditions provided by the loan agreement in an amount not exceeding one million rubles for a period of up to 36 (thirty six months) months inclusive from the date of transfer of funds to the Borrower's current account.

The capital provided for the issuance of microloans as of July 1, 2019:

- 125 982.3 thousand rubles. from the funds of the district budget;

- 61,221.3 thousand rubles. from the federal budget, taking into account the co-financing of the district budget.
