On June 1, a re-competition of grants by the governor of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug will start in the region as part of the state program “Development of Entrepreneurship and Investment in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug”.
NAO will provide state support for the implementation of large business initiatives
The governor's grant is designed for both district entrepreneurs and business representatives from other regions who are ready to invest in the district.
- This may be investment projects to open a new production, including product processing, tourism projects. Only large business projects worth over 50 million rubles are allowed to participate in the competition. In case of victory in the competition, the grant amount will amount to 10 million rubles, ”the NAO Department of Finance and Economics said.
Grants are provided on a competitive basis based on the results of calculating twelve indicators. Among them - the payback period of the project, the net present value from its implementation, the internal rate of return, the involvement of workers in the NAO.
Also, when evaluating projects, the budgetary effectiveness of the project, the size of the salary in the framework of the project, the relation of the project to the social infrastructure of the Nenets Autonomous Area or to social programs and the quality of the presentation of the business project are taken into account.
Documents for the competition for grants by the governor of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug for the implementation of large business initiatives are accepted at the Department of Finance and Economics of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug from June 1, 2019 to July 15, 2019.
