The Federal Tax Service has launched the Transparent Business service, which provides open information about legal entities.

Using a special service, entrepreneurs will be able to check whether their partners are “one-day”. The service will also allow you to view information on a number of parameters of Russian companies, including the main indicators of financial and economic activity and the history of tax relations with the state.

The new service will also publish information on the average number of employees of organizations over the past year, data on their tax regimes and information on the participation of companies in the consolidated group of taxpayers as of December 31 of the previous year.

As noted on the website of the Federal Tax Service, all companies except strategic enterprises and organizations of the military-industrial complex, as well as those classified as the largest, will become transparent. Thus, the service affects the activities of small and medium-sized businesses.

It is worth noting that in the absence of information about the company in the service or in the presence of incorrect information, the user can immediately send a message using the special modes "Report an error in the data of his company" or "Report about the absence of a company in the service."
