2. A special line of leasing products (any type of equipment, automotive and specialized equipment for doing business):

- Manufacturer - for all categories of agricultural producers with registration from 6 (six) months. Feasibility study. Duration up to 60 months. The rate is from 6.0% per annum. Advance payment - from 5% to 49%. The maximum leasing amount is 15 million rubles.

- Budget - for organizations and enterprises with a share of ownership of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug and Municipal Unitary Enterprises of the city of Naryan-Mar at least 25%. Duration up to 36 months. The rate is from 6.0% per annum. Advance payment from 5 to 49%. The maximum leasing amount is 20 million rubles.

- Village - for all small and medium-sized businesses with registration in rural areas of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug from 6 (six) months. Feasibility study. Duration up to 36 months. The rate is from 6.0% per annum. Advance payment from 5 to 49%. The maximum leasing amount is 3 million rubles.
