A business incubator is a tool to support small businesses, at an early stage of their activity, by leasing equipped premises.

The business incubator provides the following services:

1) leasing of non-residential premises;

2) provision for use by tenants of a meeting room for a business incubator;

3) information and consulting support to the tenants of the premises of the business incubator on business activities.

In the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, a business incubator is located at Naryan-Mar, ul. Nenetskaya, 3, on the basis of JSC "Business Development Center of the NAO."

The total area is 120.4 square meters, useful 103.9 square meters, of which 65.1 square meters for rent. m (as of August 1, 2019 occupied 44.8 sq. m.), the area of ​​the conference hall is 38.8 sq. m. m

Currently, there are 4 residents in the business incubator, whose main activities are teaching English to children and adults, providing legal services to individuals and legal entities, legal support for the construction procedure, a service center for servicing computer and office equipment, and repairing coffee machines.

The rent for SMEs under lease agreements is set at the market value of the rent determined by an independent appraiser in accordance with Federal Law of July 29, 1998 No. 135-ФЗ On Valuation Activities in the Russian Federation, using the following reducing factors:

- in the first year of placement - 0.4;

- in the second year of placement - 0.6;

- in the third year of placement - 0.8.

Currently, the cost is:

- in the first year of placement - 474.30 rubles / sq.m * month;

- in the second year of placement - 711.46 rubles / sq.m * month;

- in the third year of placement - 948.61 rubles / sq.m * month.

The activities of the business incubator are regulated by the internal local act of JSC "Center for the Development of the NAO" (order dated 30.03.2018 No. 18/1-O).
