Implementation of the Standard in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug

NAME OF STANDARD REQUIREMENT	PERFORMANCE NOTE
The definition of the authorized executive body of the subject of the Russian Federation to promote the development of competition in the region	In accordance with the order of the governor, the Department of Finance and Economics of the Nenets Autonomous Area is authorized to develop competition in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug.
Consideration of issues of promoting competition at meetings of the collegial body under the highest official of the subject of the Russian Federation	Issues of promoting competition are considered at meetings of the Coordinating Council for the Development of Investment and Entrepreneurship in the Nenets Autonomous Okrug, approved by resolution of the Governor of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug dated May 26, 2014 No. 35-PG.
Approval of the list of priority and socially significant markets to promote the development of competition in the subject of the Russian Federation	A list of priority and socially significant markets for promoting competition in the Nenets Autonomous Area has been developed and agreed with the concerned public authorities. Approved by order of the Governor of the Nenets Autonomous Region of November 24, 2016 No. 387-rg.
Development of an action plan (“road map”) to promote the development of competition in the region	"The roadmap " was approved by the order of the Governor of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug dated November 24, 2016 No. 387-rg.
Monitoring the status and development of the competitive environment in the markets for goods and services in the region	Questionnaires have been developed for entrepreneurs and consumers, posted on the investment portal in the relevant sections, as well as on the official website of the TEU NAO.
Reports on the status and development of the competitive environment in the markets for goods and services of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug	The report for 2015 is available on the investment portal.
Agreements with local authorities	Agreements were concluded with the municipal entity NAO "Municipal District" Zapolyarny District ", the municipal entity NAO" Urban District "City of Naryan-Mar."
Creation and implementation of mechanisms of public control over the activities of natural monopolies	By order of the Governor, an inter-industry consumer council has been formed in the NAO.
