The Naryan-Mar administration introduced new requirements for the appearance of non-stationary trading pavilions (NTOs) for discussion by entrepreneurs. This happened at a meeting of the Coordinating Council for the support of small and medium-sized enterprises, the press service of the city hall reports.
It is reported that NTO owners were asked to change outdated metal boxes to modern pavilions. They should be equipped with a sales area, a warehouse and, if necessary, a bathroom. At the same time, the appearance of the new NTO should correspond to the architectural and artistic appearance of the city. Corresponding requirements are indicated in the draft resolution “On approval of the requirements for the appearance of non-stationary trading facilities located on the territory of the municipal entity“ City District “City of Naryan-Mar”. To stimulate the modernization of facilities, individual entrepreneurs will be given a subsidy to reimburse part of the costs of acquiring and installing NTOs. Every year until 2023, 900 thousand rubles will be allocated for these purposes in the city budget. According to the new requirements, NTOs must have a modular design, the ability to move and transport, an area of at least 20 m2, a lifespan of not more than 10 years, a height of not more than 1 floor, proper lighting, etc. At least one year is allotted for the transition to new trade pavilions. Entrepreneurs and residents of Naryan-Mar can submit their proposals on this issue by the end of January 2019.
