We are talking about the company Victoria Estate, with which the Administration of the Nenets Okrug cooperates in the framework of the agreement. The document was signed by the head of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug Alexander Tsybulsky and the director general of a private company Evgeny Rostov at the Russian Investment Forum in February this year.

The day before, company representatives visited the Nenets district. Following a series of meetings of investors with the leadership of the Department of Finance and Economics of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug and the Business Development Center, the company became interested in four projects. This is the creation of a fish processing plant, an enterprise for the collection and processing of wild plants, as well as export sales of reindeer husbandry and the construction of an agro-industrial park, which involves the creation of a material and technical base for regional producers.

The governor of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug Alexander Tsybulsky instructed the relevant departments of the administration and the Business Development Center to provide the necessary assistance to potential investors for calculating business plans for projects, in particular, with the search for land plots, possible regional partners, as well as an explanation of the conditions for obtaining support for the NSR.
